Hi EVERYONE my name is Jessica (Lima) Satti!!! I just wanted to let you know a little bit about myself and why I love what I do! I love sports and keeping active! I played soccer for a large portion of my life and into college.  Now I keep active by doing CrossFit, yoga and running after our 2 kids and dogs.  I studied & graduated from Mitchell College, New London, CT in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport & Fitness Management. I knew I wanted to help out athletes and I wanted to help people function and move better.  After receiving my Bachelor's I received my Personal Training Certificate through ACE (American Council of Exercise) and trained people for a bit but it didn't really drive me, so one day I booked a massage and everything clicked! I can help people with massage and body work. I began my massage career in 2011 by completing my initial training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Groton, CT, where I studied Massage Therapy and have over 500 hours of clinical work.  

My approach to bodywork is compassionate, patient and respectful to the unique needs of each individual. I endeavor to bridge my passion for natural and holistic treatment methods with research-informed scientific foundation.  My knowledge and understanding of the body also comes from being a Chiropractic Assistant and working closely with athletes.  I receive massages on a regular basis and have amazing mentors that help challenge what I do as a LMT (licensed massage therapist).  

I offer a variety of different techniques to help massage feel great for you! I specialize in Swedish,  Integrated Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Range of Motion, Pin & Stretch, RockPods, RockTaping, Sport Injuries & Sports Massage. I also am the Connecticut Sun Massage Therapist!! Let's go Sun!! 

During my down time I love spending time with my amazing husband CJ and our 2 beautiful children along with our 2 dogs, 2 parakeets, and our cat!
